We believe emails, endless google forms, and many meetings are the fastest way to ruin the *lighting in a bottle* energy that is required for creativity to show up. Co-creativity is a value we hold very closely. By spending a Studio Sprint with us, we are able to capture and collect all that buzzy energy and threads that live within and around your idea. You are getting in real time creation and feedback. Think spell casting, cauldrons bubbling, magic in process. ✨
Also, we are not here to run your idea/project/business/organization for you. You are already a beautiful genius at doing just that. We are here to craft tools that allow you to be a creative storyteller, and have the processes in place to support your creative goals. The Studio is where that crafting begins.
Lastly, we work with folks that are ready for a holistic view at their project/business/organization - from the internal ops (how is this going to feel to make?) to the external marketing (what is this going to look like, sound like?). We say starts at because each Studio Sprint and its outcomes are tailored to YOU.
Independent artists pay around $1,500 to get their needs met while organizations and teams (2+) folks usually start at $3,000.
You might be wondering why 6 hours together costs this much?
Our pricing for The Studio is reflected in the potency of our work and time together. For reference, to hire two full time people with our skill level google “Full Time Creative Director + CMO salaries [ your area]” to get an accurate number. Now times that number by two, and divide it by 12. Think of all the time onboarding, delegating and imagine what a new employee could accomplish in a month. Now consider what we're going to accomplish together in just 6 hours. 😉
